These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Abstrakt (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Abstrakt on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store's Usage Rules. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.
Posters and designs you create in Abstrakt belong to you. We claim no ownership over the compositions you make. Since everything is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up or exporting anything you want to keep.
Abstrakt offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. This purchase:
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore a previous purchase using the Restore Purchases option in the app, tied to the Apple ID used for the original purchase.
You agree not to use Abstrakt to violate any applicable law, to reverse-engineer or extract the app's source code beyond what's permitted by law, or to interfere with the app's normal operation for other users.
Abstrakt is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your specific expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data (such as saved posters) resulting from device loss, app deletion, or similar circumstances. Because content is stored locally rather than backed up by us, please export or back up anything important to you.
We may update Abstrakt's features over time, and we may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access to the App in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
