This Privacy Policy explains how Abstrakt ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our iOS application.
The posters and designs you create in Abstrakt stay on your device. We don't upload, store, or have access to the content you make. We use a privacy-focused analytics service to understand anonymous, aggregate usage patterns, and we use Apple and RevenueCat to process purchases. That's the whole picture, details below.
Abstrakt does not require an account, does not collect your name, email address, or contact information, and does not access your photos, contacts, location, or camera. Every poster you create, every saved design, and every customization is stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage framework. We never see it, and it is never transmitted to us or to any third party.
We use a privacy-first analytics provider to understand how the app is used in aggregate, for example, which features are used, how often the app is opened, and where users encounter errors. This data:
Abstrakt does not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) and does not show ads.
Abstrakt offers a one-time in-app purchase to unlock additional features. All purchases are processed directly by Apple through the App Store, and purchase/entitlement status is managed using RevenueCat, a subscription and purchase infrastructure provider. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple handles billing directly, per Apple's own privacy practices.
Since your posters and designs are stored only on your device, deleting the app deletes this data. There is no server-side account or data for us to retain or delete on your behalf, because none exists.
Abstrakt is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app requires no account and no personal information, this risk is inherently limited.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
